WHAT IS BLACK TUSK GOLF’S RETURN POLICY?

We design our clothes and accessories to help you perform at peak level, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. Whether you shop on blacktuskgolf.com, or in person, we provide you 30 days to return your unused/unworn Black Tusk Golf purchases. Confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) within those 30 days.

FAQs

How do I return a Black Tusk Golf order?
If you’re a Black Tusk Golf member, you can enjoy free returns by signing in to your Member profile and starting a return from your Orders page. If you shopped as a guest, you’ll need to access your order with your order number and email address.  For additional details or problems, please contact customer service.

 

Do I need a receipt to return items at a Black Tusk Golf?
For orders placed on Black Tusk Golf, you will not need a receipt to make a return. However, you will need to provide your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order.  

For store purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, here are your options:

  • If you provided your email address during checkout, a Black Tusk Golf representative may be able to look up your order and provide a full refund to your original form of payment.
  • If you did not provide your membership information, and the items you want to return are unworn and unwashed, you still may be able to return them for an in-store credit for the current price of the items. We also may be able to help you with an exchange.

If you are returning items with a gift receipt, we’ll provide you in-store credit for the amount of the gift receipt. We also can help you exchange your gift.

 

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our clothing and accessories. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply choose one of the options above to return the item. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.

OTHER TERMS

While shopping in store, you may have the option of shipping an item to your personal address. If you are unable to pick up the order within 30 days, we will return your order and issue a refund to your original form of payment.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
